Türü:
En az kiralama süresi 24 saattir. Sınırsız km, araçların yağ ve teknik
bakım giderleri ile üçüncü şahıslara karşı yasal sınırlar kapsamında
sigorta garantisi fiyata dahildir. Uzun dönem kiralamalar için
lütfen bilgi alınız.
Sürücü
Belgesi / Kiralama Yaşı:
”A, B, C, D ” grupları için 22 yaş ve 2 yıllık ehliyet; ”E, F
” grupları için 26 yaş ve 3 yıllık ehliyet zorunluluğu vardır.
İlave Sürücü:
Aracı, kiralayan dışında kişilerin kullanabilmesi için ehliyetin
sözleşmede gösterilmesi gereklidir. Ek sürücü başına günlük ücret
alınır (bkz. fiyat tablosu).
Ödeme Şekli:
Peşin veya Verdecar tarafından kabul edilen kredi kartları ile ödeme
yapılabilir. Toplam Kira Bedeli sözleşmenin başında tahsil edilir.
Gecikme halinde; her ek saat için, uygulanan fiyatın 1/3’ü tutarında
ücret alınır. 3 saati aşan gecikmelerde 1 günlük kiralama bedeli alınır.
Trafik Cezaları:
Trafik kurallarına uyulmaması durumunda doğacak her türlü sorumluluk ve
maddi ceza kiralayana aittir. Araçların hangi nedenle olursa olsun resmi
veya yerel makamlar tarafından tutulması halinde geçen süreler, sözleşme
süresi içinde kabul edilir.
Sigorta:
Verdecar, müşterilerine tercih ve ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda, güven ve
emniyeti sağlamaya yönelik opsiyonel sigorta paketleri sunar. Bunlar,
CDW (Kasko ve İhtiyari Mali Mesuliyet Sigortası), TGH (Lastik,
Cam, Far Sigortası), PAI (Ferdi Kaza Sigortası) ve TFI (Hırsızlık
Sigortası) olmak üzere dörde ayrılır. Bahsi geçen sigortaların
alınmaması ve araçlarda hasar meydana gelmesi durumunda, kiralayan şahıs;
belirli bir orana kadar olan hasarı ödemekle yükümlüdür.
*Sigortaların geçerli olabilmesi için; kaza,
hasar veya çalınma durumunda sürücünün uyuşturucu ya da alkol etkisi
altında olmaması, yasal hız sınırlarını aşmamış olması ve araç kaza
yerinden kaldırılmadan polis trafik raporunun tutturulması gerekmektedir.
Aksi halde satın alınanlar dahil olmak üzere tüm sigortalar, geçersiz
sayılarak meydana gelen her türlü zarar, 3. şahıslara verilen maddi ve
manevi kayıpları da içermek üzere kiracıdan tahsil edilir.
*İsteğe bağlı olan Hırsızlık Sigortası’nın
satın alınmaması ve kiralanan aracın çalınması durumunda aracı kiralayan
kişi, araç 30 gün içerisinde bulunursa, aracın bulunduğu tarihe kadar
olan kira bedelini, araç 30 gün içerisinde bulunmaz ise araç bedelinin
tamamını ödemekle yükümlüdür.
*Sigorta fonu ödenen, yukarıdaki tüm
şartları yerine getiren ve kaza raporuyla kusursuz olduğu tespit edilen
kiracıdan hasar bedeli alınmaz. Ancak hasarlı aracın serviste kalacağı
süre (7 gün ve üzeri fiyattan) bedelini ödemekle yükümlüdür.
Ek
Hizmetler:
Şoförlü
servis, rehber şoför, ayrıca bebek koltuğu ve/veya port bagaj ihtiyacı
günlük bir bedel karşılığında temin edilir.
Verdecar;
fiyat ve koşullar ile tarifede belirtilen otomobil tiplerini, önceden
haber vermeksizin değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.

Type
of Rental:
Minimum rental period is 24 hours. Unlimited mileage, lubrication and
technical maintenance of the vehicles plus limited TPL depending on the
Turkish Laws are included in the price.
Driving License / Age Limits:
The driver must have; 2 years of driving license and 22 years of age for
the groups ”A, B, C, D ” minimum 3 years of driving license and
26 years of age for the ”E, F ” groups.
Additional Driver:
Must meet the same restrictions as the primary driver and should be
registered on the rental agreement when issuing the contract. A daily
amount is charged for the additional driver (pls. see the price list)
Payment:
The payment can either be made in cash or with any credit card accepted
by Verdecar. Total Amount is charged just before delivery. In case of a
delayed return, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess
hour. If the period exceeds more than 3 hours, the renter accepts to pay
an extra full day rental rate.
Traffic Fines:
Traffic fines are under the responsibility of the renter. If any
official or local offices hold the vehicle for any reason, this period
will be calculated in the rental period.
Insurances:
Verdecar offers to its customers optional insurance packages depending
on their preferences and needs. These insurances aim to provide the
customer’s safety and security, which are; CDW (Collision Damage
Waiver), TGH (Tires, Glass, Headlights), PAI (Personal
Accident Insurance), TFI (Theft Insurance). In case of an
accident, the renter is responsible for damages caused if the mentioned
insurances are not taken.
*In
case of an accident, damage or theft, the vehicle must not be moved from
the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained
from the nearest police or gendarme station in order to have all above
listed insurances and the TPL remain valid. Otherwise, all insurances
will be invalid and all damages including the 3rd person’s
will be charged to the renter.
*In
case of a theft; the renter is responsible to pay for the rental charges
up to the date the vehicle is found. If the vehicle is not found within
30 days, the renter is responsible to pay the current value of the
vehicle. On the other hand, you may get theft insurance and it will
cover all.
*If
the renter pays for the insurances and found guiltless on all the
official reports, he/she does not pay any damage fees. However, the
renter is kept responsible to pay (upon the price of 7 days and over in
the brochure) the period that vehicle is left in the service.
Other
Services:
Chauffer Driven Service, driver, tourist guide, baby seat and port
baggage can be provided upon request (pls. see the price list).
Verdecar
keeps
the right to change the prices, conditions and the type of the vehicle
declared on the tariff without prior notification.
